Informant, Version 2

A new version of Informant was released earlier this week! In addition to UI overhaul, new features include options for “recording in progress” indicators and a choice of recording quality and output format. Informant is now the only app of its kind to offer WAV recording, for improved sound quality and easier sharing between devices!

Wearing a wire was never this easy! Informant turns your Android phone into a covert eavesdropping device — it can start recording any audio it hears immediately, or can be scheduled to start recording in advance (never get busted “playing with your phone” in a meeting to start recording). There is absolutely no visible indication on the phone while it is recording. Previously created recordings can be viewed, and in addition to playback Informant allows you to email the recordings out.

DIY Soundboard released

For those that like soundboards but don’t want to go through the work of building your own custom board — DIY Soundboard is the answer.




DIY Soundboard is a complete soundboard construction kit. Build your own soundboards with images and sounds from your phone. Customize sounds, images, and colors, and save the sounds as ringtones/notifications.




The free version is limited to 3 soundboards, can’t associate images to individual sounds, and is ad-supported. A license key available to unlock all features and remove ads.
